You will be able to join a class with 2-4 other students from across the world after scheduling a class on Lingoda's platform. The teachers will introduce themselves and begin teaching the lesson utilizing learning materials that will be available for download after the class.

 What is the procedure for participating in the Lingoda Sprint Promotion? 

The Language Sprint takes place multiple times throughout the year.

 Lingoda will automatically collect the admission fee or the first month's payment from your chosen payment method upon registration.
 

The second installment will be due one month after the first. After the Sprint, your course automatically converts to a regular Lingoda subscription to help you maintain the skills you've learned.
 

You can cancel your post-Sprint subscription during the last month of the challenge if you choose to take a break after your Sprint.

 

If I win the Lingoda Sprint Promotion, do I get my money back? 

 Yes, you will if you complete the Sprint Promotion successfully! You will receive the payment for Month 1 and the payment for Month 2 in total.

 

When is the Lingoda Sprint Promotion going to begin? When can I start taking classes? 

Because Sprint has a limited number of spots, sign up as soon as possible. The start date will be announced on Lingoda's dedicated Sprint website. You will receive credits to book your lessons once you have paid in full for your first month, ensuring a seamless start to the Sprint.
 

If you register for a class before the start date, you will be disqualified from the cashback promotion.

 

What if I miss a class?

If you miss a lesson due to Lingoda's technical difficulties, the class will count toward the Sprint Promotion once we have determined that the problem is with Lingoda and the teacher has confirmed the problem. 

 

Your class credit will also be refunded. The credit can only be used after the Sprint Promotion has ended.

 

Lingoda will not make an exception if you miss a class due to personal reasons, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund of your course cost.

 

You will, of course, be able to continue to strengthen your language skills by taking the lessons that you have paid for during the Sprint Promotion period! 

 

 

How can I obtain the award for completing the Lingoda Sprint Promotion?

No, you are not going to be disqualified. 

 

There are very few occasions when a teacher or a student is a few minutes late to class or must leave a few minutes early.
 

You will not be disqualified as long as you, the student, do not miss more than 10 minutes of class.
If a teacher misses more than 10 minutes of a class, the teacher should mark it as missing. 

 

 

 Is it possible to book classes before the Sprint begins?

 

 No, the rules clearly state this. Please contact support if you would want to try the platform before the launch date.

 

 

When can I book the class?

You will receive your credits before the start dates, allowing you to schedule for the start date you like.

If you book before the deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

So, if I'm not permitted to book classes, why can I see them in my account before the Sprint starts? 

The method is the same for all students, but because you selected to participate in the sprint challenge, you must follow different regulations. 

 

You must follow the regulations and keep track of the challenge's start and end dates. 

 

 

What if a teacher has to cancel a class? When will I receive my credits and when can I use them? 

If a teacher cancels one of your lessons unexpectedly, don't worry; it won't impact your scores and you won't need to schedule another class for that or any other day. The class will contribute to your sprint goals.

 

Credits for canceled classes will be reimbursed to you once the class has been logged, and they can be utilized after the sprint if you so desire. 

 

Even if you have canceled you 'keep running' membership, you can only utilize these credits after the sprint has concluded. If you contact us in the last week of your sprint, we can add the credits and extend your account for free.  

 

Is it possible to book a class without a teacher? 

Yes, you can reserve this class and a teacher will be assigned to it. 

If no one signs up for this class, it will be canceled and your credit will be reimbursed at the end of the sprint.
