Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead collaborative efforts with Work Package Managers (WPM), Field Operations (FO), and Contracts teams to ensure seamless execution of business process changes.
• Oversee Transmission Asset Records Management, maintaining alignment with program objectives and data integrity standards.

Stakeholder and Data Management:

• Engage proactively with stakeholders to manage data quality, establish program requirements, and maintain effective communication.
• Ensure timely updates of work plans and milestones, ensuring all deliverables meet established timelines.

Data Quality and Compliance:

• Implement robust data quality assurance measures, aligning with business rules and standards.
• Manage data files for pre-screening Incident Reports (IR) and Environmental (ENV) assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Analytical and Reporting Excellence:

• Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop monthly performance scorecards and reports, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, with strong Excel skills for managing large datasets.
